The N.C. Department of Information Technology’s (NCDIT’s) Statewide IT Procurement (SITP) Office will be accepting the submittal of new procurements that are intended to be awarded in Fiscal Year 2024-2024, on or before April 19, 2024.
Types of procurements that this deadline includes are:
- Request for Quotes-RFQ’s
- Invitation For Bids-IFB’s
- Amendments.
Submittals that are received by Friday, April 19, 2024 should provide sufficient time for the completion of the 10-step procurement process before the end of the fiscal year.
The actual time of the procurement process will depend on the complexity of the procurement and the vendor’s acceptance of the state’s terms and conditions. The Statewide IT Procurement Office will do its best to partner with you to meet year-end requirements.
The last day for signature approvals from Statewide IT Procurement will be Tuesday, June 25, 2024. This deadline will help facilitate issuing a purchase order to the vendor in Fiscal Year 2023-2024.
Your procurement should be submitted to the SITP Office within this timeframe via your agency, college or university’s regular process. This would be either via the Ariba Sourcing Tool, eForms or submit2.StatewideIT@its.nc.gov.
